Ströer Media AG, the leading company in the German out-of-home advertising market, commit their order for controllers for City Light Advertising Columns to IBV.

From 2015 on, Ströer is going to commercialize out-of-home advertising areas in Cologne as in large areas, Mega Lights, advertising columns and digital media throughout the city. All existing columns are going to be modernized and upgraded to City Light Columns with the technical support granted by IBV.
