The Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) in Braunschweig and Berlin is the German National Institute of Meteorology, which provides services for technical and scientific issues.

In its current research project, WERAN,  the PTB explores if aircrafts are affected by wind-turbines and parks. For this project , IBV develops printed circuit boards (PCB) and manufactures field strength measurement systems, which provide measured data with the highest accuracy and reliability for PTB.
