Two IBV employees have recently completed a five-day advanced training on manufacturing highly reliable solder connections according to ECSS-Q-ST-70-08.

Specially qualified staff is required to ensure highly reliable solder connections for ESA projects. Lately two IBV employees acquired both theoretical and practical knowledge to warrant highly reliable solder connections.

While attending a five-day advanced training, Mrs. Trippler and Mrs. Schiffert learned the requirements and specifications of ECSS-Q-ST-70-08. At the end of the training the attendees took a final exam, for which they were handed an ESA-accepted certificate. We congratulate our colleagues for successfully completing the training.
